Henrik Bastin
As CEO under Fabrik Entertainment and now continuing his legacy under Fabel, Henrik has executive produced several series including Bosch (Amazon), American Odyssey (NBC), The Comedians (FX) and 100 Code (HBO Nordic). Past credits also include My Generation (ABC), Breakshot (FOX) and Sunny Side (ABC).
Prior to immigrating to the US, Henrik founded STO-CPH, one of Sweden’s most acclaimed television production companies which earned several Kristallen Awards (Swedish Emmy Award) to its name. In 2007, Bastin sold STO-CPH to The Metronome Group and remained as CEO and Creative Director until 2010.

Adam S. Lewis
Adam S. Lewis is a Shareholder at Vedder Price and a member of the Finance and Transactions group.
Mr. Lewis practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate, securities, and business law. He focuses on middle-market, public and private company transactions and financings. His experience includes structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing all forms of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital financings, public and private debt and equity offerings, structured financings, joint ventures, private equity fund formations, and other corporate and business transactions. He has represented all categories of transactional parties, including sellers, acquirers, family offices, management teams, issuers, underwriters, venture capital and private equity funds, and public, private, and distressed companies.

Mr. Lewis also counsels clients with respect to issues involving taxes, real estate, intellectual property, software licensing, litigation and securities laws.

Since 2017, Legal 500 United States recognized Mr. Lewis in the M&A/Corporate and Commercial—M&A: Middle-Market (Sub-$500m) category.

Darsie Rogers
LTG(R) Darsie Rogers offers more than 30 years of senior executive experience leading adaptable and high-performing teams in solving challenging problems in uncertain environments and advising C-Suite Executives in leadership and organizational management. A mentor and advisor to small and large businesses who recognizes the importance of cultivating organizational culture and instilling positive leadership on an empowered workforce, promoting employee professional development, and appropriate work/life balance.
LTG(R) Rogers has an extensive background spearheading and transforming elite organizations, including US Army Special Forces and US Navy SEALs. His military service saw combat through the dynamic and ambiguous environments of the Gulf War, Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn and numerous other contingency operations. As the Special Operations Command Central Commander, LTG(R) Rogers led geographically dispersed US Special Operations in the Middle East where he routinely engaged with US Ambassadors and Government Agencies, regional partners, and foreign government dignitaries and officials. He served in the Pentagon and in leadership positions around the world which led him to the rank of three-star general as the Deputy Director of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
LTG(R) Rogers retired from the US Army in August of 2020 and joined the University of Maryland faculty as a professor of practice advising the Defense Department, other government agencies, and commercial industry in the development of leading-edge information and influence operations activities supporting Department of Defense initiatives. As a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach with Thayer Leadership at West Point, he continues to coach, teach, and mentor dozens of commercial business C-Suite Executives and Partners in applying leadership and management tools to improve organizational culture, efficiency, collaboration, employee development and long term, crisis, and succession planning. He also advises several non-profit, defense, and private-sector organizations across a range of topics that include special operations technology, intelligence operations, cyber security, and countering weapons of mass destruction and hazardous materials.
LTG(R) Rogers earned a Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University, a Master of Arts from Louisiana State University, and a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the US Air Force War College.

Steves A. Rodriguez
Steves is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the California State Board of Accountancy. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). Steves is a founding board member and President of META (Making Education The Answer), which provides college scholarships to disadvantaged students from the Los Angeles area.

Kent Benjamin
Kent D. Benjamin provides Tactical and Strategic consulting and support to the Department of Defense (DoD), Inter-Agency (IA), and Law Enforcement (LE) Agencies, both foreign and domestic. Mr. Benjamin has over twenty years of experience as a Special Agent working on complex CWMD critical technology cases. While serving as Unit Chief for the DoC National Security Division, Mr. Benjamin facilitated investigative cases and joint operational initiatives between the DoD, Intelligence Community, Foreign Governments, and other Law Enforcement Agencies. Mr. Benjamin served as a Supervisory Special Agent responsible for overseeing Special Agents working at locations in nine countries; his duties included managing strategic outreach engagement and foreign engagement programs. Mr. Benjamin is the recipient of two Gold Medals; the Department of Commerce's highest award for the "For Excellence in the Disruption of Weapons of Mass Destruction and Terrorist Procurement Networks."
From 2002-2003, Mr. Benjamin was deployed with the United States Army, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, where he was stationed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, as a Senior Interrogator for High Value Detainees. He was again deployed from 2003-2004 in support of Iraqi Freedom as First Sergeant responsible for ten, four-man tactical HUMNIT teams stationed throughout Iraq. Mr. Benjamin retired from military service after twenty-seven years.
